This policy explains how Amadeus Worldwide collects and uses information when you request, arrange or pay for ground transportation through ground.go.amadeusworldwide.com.
Information we collect
We collect the contact and journey details you provide, including your name, email, phone number, pickup and drop-off locations, travel dates, flight details, passenger count, service preferences and special requests. We also record basic technical and campaign information such as the referring page and campaign parameters. If you consent to optional tracking, analytics and advertising providers may collect device, browser, page-view, interaction and campaign information. When you use the payment page, card details are encrypted in transit and forwarded to PayHub for authorization. Amadeus Worldwide does not write the full card number or security code to its database; we retain limited transaction records such as the reference, amount, status, transaction ID and last four digits.
How we use information
We use this information to prepare quotes, arrange and support transportation, communicate service updates, prevent misuse, maintain business records and improve our services. If you separately opt in, we may also send occasional travel news and offers. Newsletter consent is optional and can be withdrawn at any time.
Service providers and operators
To fulfill a request, relevant details may be shared with vetted local transportation operators, dispatch and reservation platforms, mapping services, communications providers and payment processors. Google may process an address while supplying location suggestions; Limo Anywhere may receive itinerary and passenger-count details for rate lookup; PayHub processes payment details. With your optional consent, Google Analytics helps us measure website use and AdRoll helps us measure and personalize advertising campaigns. These recipients receive only the information reasonably needed for their role.
Cookies and tracking choices
Necessary browser storage supports core website and security functions. Google Analytics does not load unless you allow analytics cookies, and the AdRoll pixel does not load unless you allow advertising cookies. You can accept, reject or customize these categories when prompted and reopen Cookie settings at any time. Withdrawing consent stops future optional tracking on this browser after the page reloads.
International processing
Because our services are worldwide, information may be processed in countries other than your own. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the service and applicable law.
Retention and security
We retain request and transaction records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, handle disputes, meet legal obligations and maintain legitimate business records. We use administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.
